Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by customer

You can cancel your booking by calling or messaging us. Please inform us as early as possible so we can reassign our team and vehicle.

Cancellation charges

Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled move: no charge. Cancellation within 48 hours: a part of the advance may be retained to cover vehicle and manpower arrangement. Cancellation on the day of the move or after loading has started: charges for work done and arrangements made will apply.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule your move once, free of charge, if you inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.

Cancellation by us

If we have to cancel because of unavoidable reasons, we will inform you immediately and refund the full advance amount or reschedule as you prefer.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days after cancellation is confirmed.

Damage claims

If any item is damaged during the move, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and resolve it.
